How we get Onda Path to you
We deliver to the whole of the UK. No prepayment - you pay cash when the parcel arrives, after a confirmation call from our team.
01 - How delivery works
From your order to your door
Submit your order request
Fill in your name and phone number on our order form. No card details, no account, no upfront payment required.
We call you to confirm
A member of our team will telephone you during working hours (weekdays 8:30-17:00) to confirm your order and collect your delivery address.
We dispatch your order
Once confirmed, your Onda Path is dispatched. Delivery across the UK takes 1-2 working days via standard parcel service.
You pay on delivery
When the parcel arrives, you pay the courier in cash. No card reader, no online transaction - straightforward cash on delivery.
02 - Delivery details
What you need to know
Coverage
We deliver to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Remote postcodes may occasionally take an additional working day.
Delivery time
1-2 working days from the point of telephone confirmation. Orders confirmed before noon on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
Payment method
Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. There is no online payment, no card storage, and no prepayment of any kind.
14-day returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact us to arrange a return. See our refunds policy for full details.
